Advocacy Case Manager
Responsibilities include ongoing advocacy and case management with a focus on sex trafficking survivors, including, but not limited to domestic adults and children. The case manager provides ongoing /trauma-informed vertical advocacy including coordination with other systems and resources to address safety concerns and other needs as they arise. While working on self-sufficiency, the ideal candidate would assist survivors in achieving their goals, including housing, employment and education. Additionally, the case manager would be involved in crisis management and would connect directly with survivors either through screenings or immediately when recovered by law enforcement.
Requirements: Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of experience providing direct advocacy and case management services to victims/survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence. The Coordinator will cultivate community-based partnerships in order to assist the agency to create a comprehensive support network. Requirements: Masters degree and at least 5 years of experience providing direct services to victims/survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence as well as supervisory and management experience.
