Anti-Trafficking Advocate & Mentoring Program
The TurnAround Anti-Trafficking Program is looking for volunteers to provide support to survivors of sex trafficking. Community Advocates and Mentors provide support to survivors in various ways as they begin to rebuild their lives. Sexual Assault Hotline Worker
TurnAround operates a 24/7 hotline for sexual assault survivors. We need volunteers to help us staff this hotline. The hotline provides crisis counseling and will be an important place for survivors to connect with TurnAround’s services. Check out this flier for more information. Victim Advocate Program
TurnAround's Victim Advocate program provides a 24-hour response to victims. Trained victim advocates offer support, information and crisis counseling at area hospitals to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. to apply for this position, please fill out the application (download PDF) and email to Greid@turnaroundinc.org.

Women Against Violence Everywhere (W.A.V.E.)
WAVE is a volunteer group of activists who plan and organize events in our community. WAVE is a survivor friendly group and is designed for women who want to become leaders in violence prevention and raise awareness.

Development Events
Every year a dedicated group of volunteers coordinate our annual gala "Steppin' Out". Planning meetings begin in December and the event is usually in March. If you enjoy event planning or excel at marketing, this event is for you!

Internships
Clinical internships working with victims of sexual abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence are available to graduate students seeking a master's degree in psychology, art therapy, social work or other mental health fields. We offer quality hands - on clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults in individual and group treatment modalities. Undergraduate students in women’s studies or related disciplines can volunteer in the Community Education and Training Department.

E-Newsletter
TurnAround has a variety of seasonal and one-time volunteer opportunities. These events are always posted on our
e-newsletter so make sure to sign up.

Holiday Help
Every year our clients need extra help for the holidays. We’re in need of donated food and gift cards to purchase meals. In addition, get involved by adopting and purchasing gifts for one of our families in need.

Office Help
TurnAround is always looking for anyone interested in volunteering a couple of hours during the week to help with filing, computer work, child care while parents are in session and an evening receptionist.
