Vic has served on the board since 2021.
Vic graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Chemistry and was a high school teacher of Physics and Chemistry, before joining IBM where he received extensive management and leadership training.
Vic serves as President and CEO of Romita Solutions LLC, a sales development and consulting firm that works with companies nationwide to improve sales strategies, generate new business, and improve client outcomes.
Vic is a member of the GBC’s Leadership Class of 1997 and is actively involved in the Baltimore community. In addition to being a Board Member of TurnAround, Inc, Vic is also a Member of the Board of the Everyman Theater and is the current President of the North Baltimore Neighborhood Coalition.
