Community Advocacy and Prevention Services

CAPS is a community-based program that provides services to individuals in the community and community agencies.

CAPS provides:

  • Case management.
  • 1:1 support.
  • Referrals to therapy and other resources that support a healthy well-being.
  • Advocates to champion the rights of victims.
  • Crisis intervention.
  • Information on anonymous reporting options.
  • Help finding culturally specific resources.
  • Support to prevent sexual violence by promoting positive individual, relationship, community, and societal attitudes and behaviors.
  • Groups around sexual assault, healthy relationships, bystander interventions, consent, appropriate touch and human trafficking.
