Human Trafficking Regional Navigator Program for Baltimore County
The Regional Navigator Program (RNPG) was developed after Governor Hogan signed into law the Child Sex Trafficking Screening and Services Act of 2019. Local Departments of Social Service and law enforcement who suspect or have reason to believe a child is a victim of sex trafficking, are required to notify the Regional Navigator within their jurisdiction.
Turnaround, Inc. is the designated Regional Navigator Program (RNPG) for Baltimore County and provides support for individuals in Baltimore County of all genders who are suspected of being trafficked.
