Jean Henningsen oversees grants, fundraising, and data for TurnAround. She has over 14 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining TurnAround in 2019, she was responsible for the Baltimore operations of a national nonprofit, Seedco, focused on access to public benefits and workforce development. She has extensive experience managing large federal grants, supervising frontline and management level staff, and building partnerships to facilitate effective service delivery to vulnerable populations. She has also worked in philanthropy, spending four years at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Ms. Henningsen has a MSW from the University of Maryland-Baltimore and a BA in Social Work from Rutgers University. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Essentials Program at Loyola University in Columbia, Maryland.
