Rachel Sye is the Chief Operating Officer at TurnAround Inc. Prior to this role she served as Director of TurnAround’s Anti-Trafficking Program for 4 years and received the Director of the Year Award in 2019. She has been the chair for the Victim Services subcommittee for the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office Human Trafficking Collaborative since 2017 and received a Certificate of Recognition Award in 2019 from the Mayor’s Office. Rachel has worked in management positions for non-profit advocacy programs for over 20 years and received an Outstanding Leadership Award in 2011 for her work on behalf of special needs populations in the developmental disability field. She is a proud graduate of Towson State (formerly Towson State University) “Go Tigers!” and earned her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University to further her commitment in understanding the intersection of law, crime, and mental health.
