Monique Williams, Ph.D. has served on the Board of TurnAround, Inc. since 2026.
She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education and Leadership and currently serves as a consultant to the State of Maryland on mathematics education initiatives. Monique brings extensive experience in organizational strategy, governance, and equity-centered leadership, including service on the Board of the Middle Grades Partnership and the Garrison Forest School Alumnae Board, where she previously served as President. She is also the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for her family’s company, U.N.I. Urgent Care, where she leads business development, partnerships, and organizational growth.
