Lelica “L” Jones

Program Manager (Community Advocacy and Prevention Services)

Lelica “L” Jones, MA is a human service, substance abuse and mental health professional who has worked with diverse and special populations for over 12 years. She has worked in diagnostic and community-based programs with children, adolescents, and adults. Mrs. L is client focused and a committed practitioner who helps clients develop and achieve service and treatment goals that foster increased resiliency, success, and independence.

Recently, she worked as the supervisor of the Case Management team at Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc., where she assisted, provided support, linkages and oversaw the daily operations of individuals admitted onto the Crisis Residential Unit in need, that dealt with sexual trauma, mental health barriers, substance abuse issues and homelessness.

Mrs. L completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services Administration and minored in Victim Studies from the University of Baltimore and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the concertation in Substance & Recovery from Liberty University.
