Kelsey Brawley is the Program Manager for Data Systems and Quality Assurance at TurnAround Inc., where she oversees the strategy, integrity, and evolution of the organization’s data infrastructure. Over her eight-year tenure, Kelsey’s professional journey has uniquely bridged the gap between direct client services and secure, analytical operations. Having originally joined the team as an anti-human trafficking case manager and trauma-informed advocate, she leverages her front-line insight to design systems that support operational workflows and empower staff.
In her daily work, Kelsey keeps TurnAround’s data secure and reliable by managing their database systems, building interactive reporting tools, and leading quality assurance efforts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology, a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology, a robust academic combination that fuels her human-centric yet highly secure approach to data integrity. She also represents the organization on local data committees, serving on the HMIS Governance Committee and the BCHMIS Sub-Committee for Data Quality & Performance Management.
