CHANA provides services for survivors of domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse and elder abuse through Baltimore City and County, including crisis intervention, lethality assessment, safety planning, supportive counseling, legal advocacy, emergency shelter, support groups and prevention/education workshops.

WLC has physical offices in the Circuit Courts of Baltimore and Carroll Counties, serving the Protective Order Advocacy and Representation Project (POARP). Advocates in these Courts specialize in protective order advocacy, safety planning, and victim outreach. This office is by appointment only.

If you have been sexually or physically abused, consider getting a forensic exam. Sexual Assault Forensic Exams can be conducted within 15 days of the sexual assault. Forensic exams for physical assaults, including strangulation and pain due to other injuries, can be conducted with 30 days of the assault.
