Heather joined the Board at the beginning of 2023.
Heather has served on a variety of non-profit boards over the last twenty years, including CASA of Baltimore County. She is a partner at Venable LLP and brings her skills in analytical thinking, leadership and board governance to TurnAround.
Heather is also a mother of four, who lives on a family farm in Howard Country with her husband, children and three dogs.
