Nicole Rich is a dedicated professional with over 20+ years of experience in Mental/ Behavioral Health and Human Service industries currently serving in the role of Director of Residential services at Turn Around Inc. In this role, Nicole oversees the development and operational aspects of new program implementation and specialized residential services. Prior to this role, Nicole has held various leadership roles, including the Director of School Based Partnerships and the Director of Intensive Case management services at the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center in Philadelphia. In these capacities she demonstrated exceptional skills in Directing all programmatic, clinical, and fiscal operations for contracted program/ services provided in collaboration with Philadelphia charter and nonpublic schools, as well as directly to youth and families in the homes/community settings. Nicole has an extensive history of demonstrating elevated levels of commitment, advocacy and high-quality care to the individuals and families she serves. Nicole’s unwavering dedication to enhancing the quality of client focused social services coupled with her expertise in program management and strategic leadership continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of Human services and Behavioral Health.
