The Trauma Therapist/Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for providing trauma-informed individual and group therapeutic services to youth receiving residential services through TurnAround's partnership with the Department of Juvenile Services (DJS). The Therapist/Clinician will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment to adolescent survivors who have experienced trauma, including, but not limited to, sexual violence, human trafficking, and other forms of victimization.
The Trauma Therapist/Behavioral Health Clinician is expected to independently manage a caseload of up to eight (8) clients, ensuring that each youth receives timely, high-quality therapeutic services that support their healing, treatment goals, and overall well-being.
